Production & Delivery
We aim to create most orders in approx. 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday). The standard delivery option uses Royal Mail Tracked 48 - delivery typically takes 3-5 days from dispatch; although please note that this can take longer during peak times and periods of strike action, so please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.

Need you order sooner? No problem - order BEFORE 3pm and upgrade to Express delivery at the checkout to get your order dispatched the next working day and delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (typically 1-2 working days). Express orders received AFTER 3pm will be dispatched within 2-working days Please note, from time to time, we may use alternative couriers to try and get your order to you quicker.

Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of these items, refunds, exchanges or amendments are not be accepted. Please ensure all spelling is correct at time of placing the order. Names will be engraved as per the personalisation details provided at point of order.
